What Follows Resurfacing? Sections II & III
 
I would say that sometimes we get some great insights. Oftentimes people have experienced that they had insights on Avatar that never quite came out in therapy because it touched them, and works with them in a very different way.
 
So all these insights are powerful, useful, helpful, interesting, and enlightening. They lay a foundation. If you want to get more into the rest of the Avatar course, part two and three lay the foundation for the very immediate experiential practices that allow you to experience reality more directly, not through constant intermediation by the mind, and you even play with and explore it deliberately.
 
What affects our minds' labels have on experience?
 
It's like being able to be outside of the mind and then try on different filters to see what happens . It is something you can't do if you're totally in your ideas and your thoughts.
 
So Section Two really gives you the power to operate outside of your thoughts.
 
And that gives you much more fluidity than just being sort of enmeshed in your ideas. It allows you to play with ideas, or not play with ideas, to shift ideas more fluidly.
 
And then at the end of Section two, it allows you to create ideas, create beliefs and increase in your personal power. The power to deliberately decide things from living from an experiential perspective and feel the outcomes of those beliefs in real time as they unfold — to be a deliberate creator of your universe.​
